PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic wave attenuation structure and an electromagnetic shield structure, which can be designed more simply in comparison with a conventional design method of the electromagnetic wave attenuation structure.SOLUTION: An electromagnetic wave attenuation structure comprises: a dielectric substrate 3 having a first principal surface 3A and a second principal surface 3B located on the side opposite to the first principal surface 3A; a first conductor 4 formed on the first principal surface 3A; a second conductor 5 formed on the second principal surface 3B; and a through conductor 7 for electrically connecting the first conductor 4 and the second conductor 5. The second conductor 5 has a plurality of dielectric substance exposed regions 6 where the second principal surface 3B is exposed and which are surrounded by through conductors 7 formed at a distance from each other. |
