<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film having excellent antistatic property, molding property, releasing property, and processing suitability when used as a film for transferring a functional resin layer, and particularly, a film with a suppressed in-plane variation of antistatic property.SOLUTION: When a layer essentially comprising a cyclic olefin resin and containing an antistatic is denoted by (A) layer, the film includes the (A) layer as at least one outermost layer. The (A) layer has a surface resistivity of 1.0×10Ω/sq or more and 1.0×10Ω/sq or less; and when the surface resistivity of the (A) layer is measured 10 times at any given positions within 200 mm×200 mm range, a coefficient of variation of the surface resistivity is 0% or more and 60% or less.</p> |
