Disclosed is a cell reselection method. The method comprises: completing, by a UE, the measurement of a neighbour cell according to a measuring criterion (301); when it is determined that a measuring value of the neighbour cell satisfies a cell reselection threshold value and a cell reselection parameter Tn is zero, initiating, by the UE, reselection of the neighbour cell; alternatively, when it is determined that the measurement of the neighbour cell has been continuously completed N times, all the measuring values of the neighbour cell which are obtained by way of the measurement satisfy the cell reselection threshold value, and the value of N is the same as the value of the corresponding cell reselection parameter Tn, initiating, by the UE, a reselection of the neighbour cell (302). Also disclosed at the same time are a cell reselection device and a storage medium. By means of the method, device and storage medium of the present invention, the cell reselection timeliness of the UE can be improved, and unnecessary power consumption of the UE can be reduced. |
