An application quantity of a coating material (62e) to be applied along a lower side (74d), which is one of the sides, is set smaller than an application quantity of the coating material (62e) to be applied along an upper side (74c), which is one of the sides, and which faces the lower side (74d), and the coating material (62) is applied to an outer peripheral region of the surface by means of screen printing in the direction from the lower side (74d) toward the upper side (74c). |
