An outer ring (28) is rotatably supported by a pair of inner rings (26), in a wheel (18) of a moving device (10). When the moving device (10) is placed on a travel path (30), the entire radial direction of the bottom edge of the outer ring (28) elastically deforms to the opposite side of the travel path (30). As a result, the elastic force of the outer ring (28) can be prevented from dispersing in the axial direction of the outer ring (28), the elastic force of the outer ring (28) can be caused to act efficiently on the travel path (30) side, and the cushioning performance of the moving device (10) can be increased. |
