PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiring board which makes good electric connection between an internal electrode provided at a cutout part and a wiring conductor provided at an insulation base substance.SOLUTION: A wiring board 1 includes: an insulation base substance 11 having a main surface and a side surface; a cutout part 12 including a first inner surface 12a extending inward from the side surface of the insulation base substance 11 and a second inner surface 12b extending inward from the main surface and the side surface of the insulation base substance 11; an inner surface electrode 13 provided on the second inner surface 12 of the cutout part 12; an extension electrode 15 which is connected with the inner surface electrode 13 of the cutout part 12 and extends from the second inner surface 12b to the inner side of the cutout part 12 in a belt-like shape on the first inner surface 12a; and a wiring conductor 14 which is provided in the insulation base substance 11 and connected with the extension electrode 15 at the back side of the cutout part 12.
