PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic brake control device which suppresses that an automatic brake of an own vehicle is not performed when the automatic brake of the own vehicle should be performed. ! SOLUTION: An automatic brake control device comprises: a communication section 11A which acquires a relative speed of an own vehicle and an obstacle, and a relative distance between the own vehicle and the obstacle; and a determination section 11B which determines that an automatic brake is executed by an electronic brake system ECU 31 when a collision-predicted time based on the relative speed acquired by the communication section 11A and the relative distance acquired by an acquisition section is shorter than a threshold.
