PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic brake control device which can make the release of an automatic brake easily performed by an operation of an accelerator pedal which is limited in acceleration for avoiding an obstacle. ! SOLUTION: An automatic brake control device comprises: a communication part 11A which acquires data related to a pedal-in operation of an accelerator pedal during a period of an automatic brake which is executed when a collision-predicted time of an own vehicle and an obstacle is shorter than a threshold, and data related to a separation operation of a gear; and a priority function determination part 11C which determines that an accelerator pedal is pedaled in so that an accelerator opening is increased, and whether or not a release condition being a logical product condition that the separation operation of the gear is considered not to be performed is established.
