An embedded touchscreen and a display device, comprising: an array substrate, an opposite substrate arranged opposite the array substrate, and an electrically-conductive black matrix arranged on either the side of the array substrate facing the opposite substrate or the side of the opposite substrate facing the array substrate. The black matrix comprises, insulated from each other and alternately arranged, multiple first touch electrodes and multiple second touch electrodes. A touch scan signal is applied to one among the first touch electrodes and the second touch electrodes, while another among the first touch electrodes and the second touch electrodes couples with the touch scan signal and outputs a touch induction signal. This obviates the need for touch electrodes of an ITO material to be provided separately. In addition, a pattern of the black matrix is provided at a non-aperture area of pixels; therefore, the touch electrodes are prevented from affecting the transmittance of a display device. In addition, generation of a mutual capacitance is prevented, thus increasing the touch sensitivity of the embedded touchscreen. |
