The invention relates to a care system comprising a care bath for the partial accommodation of at least one surface region of an exposed body part of a patient. Here, the care bath accommodates a shape-fitting element in order to create a large contact surface between the surface region or regions and the fitting element. A substance adheres at least partially to the shape-fitting element, a substance is at least partly embedded in the shape-fitting element such that the substance can be discharged to the outside, or a substance carrier rests on said shape-fitting element, wherein the adhering substance or the substance that is integrated in the substance carrier and can be discharged comprises at least one care, therapeutic or physically acting substance or active substance. By means of the invention a care system is developed with the aid of which the patient is able to feed skin regions of exposed body parts to care and treatment in a simple manner.
