<p>The present invention relates to a delaminating apparatus for delaminating a foreign material of coating of a waste synthetic resin film, and more specifically, to a delaminating apparatus which separates a base film and coating in the waste synthetic resin film to be thrown, and delaminates the coating and the foreign material of the coating from the base film after using a synthetic resin film formed by an adhesion of the base film and the coating. The delaminating apparatus has a warm water tank containing warm water to delaminate the coating and the foreign material of the coating glued to the base film from the waste synthetic resin film, and delaminates the foreign material of the coating from the waste synthetic resin film which can delaminate the foreign material of the coating of the waste synthetic resin film by making a delaminating pipe having a delaminating protrusion formed on the external circumference be rotated in an opposite direction that the waste synthetic resin film is transferred in a pipe portion which transfers the waste synthetic resin film via the warm water tank. Though the waste synthetic resin film is very stiff or wrinkled, the apparatus of the present invention allows an easy delamination by minimizing the stiffness and the wrinkledness of the waste synthetic resin film as the waste synthetic resin film passes through the high temperature warm water tank. The waste synthetic resin film passed through the warm water tank can delaminate the foreign material of the coating due to the laminating pipe which is rotated in the opposite direction from a direction that the waste synthetic resin film is transferred. When delaminating the foreign material of the coating, by gradually composing a rotary pipe for transferring the waste synthetic resin film and the delaminating pipe for delaminating the waste synthetic resin film in order to make the foreign material of the coating be laminated from the base film, the delaminating apparatus for delaminating a foreign material of coating of a waste synthetic resin film can reuse a resource to be wasted as a recycled material.</p> |
