Identification data corresponding to a game state determined by game state determination means is selected from the storage means by selection means and the selected identification data are retained until satisfaction of predetermined conditions by retaining means. The setting data corresponding to the identification data retained by the retaining means are read from the storage means and are set by the game state setting means based on satisfaction of predetermined conditions. Thus, acquisition of a determination method of a game state by the game state determination means from the outside can be suppressed. Therefore, a fraudulent act for performing control from the outside so as to determine a game state advantageous to a player can be suppressed for the game state determination means.
