PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized, inexpensive fuel cell device that can perform start processing, even in a case where no power is supplied from a system power supply.SOLUTION: A fuel cell device comprises: a fuel cell connected with a system power supply and generating a power by using a fuel gas and an oxygen-containing gas; a plurality of auxiliary equipment used for the power generation of the fuel cell, and an accumulator battery 20; an auxiliary equipment power switcher 57 for switching respective supplies of power from the accumulator battery 20 to the plurality of auxiliary equipment, respectively; and a control device 7 controlling the auxiliary equipment power switcher 57. The control device 7, when starting a stopped fuel cell device, distinguishes auxiliary equipment required for the starting of the fuel cell from auxiliary equipment unnecessary for starting, with respect to the plurality of auxiliary equipment, and controls the auxiliary equipment power switcher 57 so that a power is supplied to the auxiliary equipment required for the starting from the accumulator battery 20. |
