PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery low in battery resistance and superior in cycle durability.SOLUTION: A nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery comprises: a positive electrode; a negative electrode; and a nonaqueous electrolyte. At least one of the positive and negative electrodes includes a collector, a first active material layer, a second active material layer, and a third active material layer in this order. The first active material layer, the second active material layer and the third active material layer each include an active material. The second active material layer includes a binding agent. The first active material layer includes a binding agent, the content of which is lower than the content of the binding agent in the second active material layer. The third active material layer includes a binding agent, the content of which is lower than the content of the binding agent in the second active material layer, or includes no binding agent. |
