PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic control device of a vehicular transmission device capable of accurately controlling a lock-up clutch, and capable of miniaturizing an electric oil pump. ! SOLUTION: A hydraulic control device 1 includes: a first oil passage (b1, b3, c1, c3, c7, f1, f3, and k1) capable of supplying a line pressure PL based on an oil pressure generated by a mechanical oil pump 31 to a lock-up pressure inlet 4B; a second oil passage (b1, b4, g1, g3, and j1) capable of supplying the line pressure PL to a circulation pressure inlet 4A; and a check ball valve 41 interposed in the first oil passage. An electric oil pump 32 is connected to the first oil passage between the check ball valve 41 and a linear solenoid valve SLU. An oil pressure of the electric oil pump 32 can be supplied to a lock-up clutch 7 while being adjusted by the linear solenoid valve SLU, and is not supplied to a circulation valve 36 nor a primary regulator valve 35. !
