PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable efficient and accurate search even when a multilingual and long search word is input. ! SOLUTION: A search request character string input section 401 receives a search request character string from a user. A search section 403 sequentially sets each of a plurality of indices of a predetermined dictionary system, as a comparison source of interest, performs matching with each of the indices, to determine whether the search request character string includes an element which partially matches the index of interest, and hits the search request character string for the index concerned, as index inverse search. !
