PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent air existing near a heating heat exchanger from being suctioned into air passing through a cooling heat exchanger to inhibit deterioration of the cooling performance when the cooling heat exchanger and the heating heat exchanger are disposed close to each other. ! SOLUTION: A heat pick-up inhibition damper 10 is disposed between an evaporator 2 and a heater core 3. The heat pick-up inhibition damper 10 includes: a rotary shaft 12; a damper plate 11 covering an air passing surface 3a of the heater core 3; and connection plates 13, each of which connects the damper plate 11 with the rotary shaft 12 with the damper plate 11 spaced away from the rotary shaft 12 in a radial direction of the rotary shaft 12. !
