Disclosed is an antibacterial filter comprising a copper-based sulfur compound, wherein the antibacterial filter is relatively cheap, easily processed, has no toxicity, and has excellent antibacterial and deodorizing activities. The filter comprises: a porous carrier which includes micropores formed therein and thus allows a fluid to pass through the pores; and a copper sulfide-containing sulfur compound which is coated on a surface of the porous carrier or dispersed in the porous carrier, wherein the chemical structure of the sulfur compound is CuxMy (M is any one element selected from Groups 15 to 17 of the periodic table, and x/y=0.8-1.2). |
