Disclosed are a method and device for establishing an X2 link. The method comprises the steps of: acquiring an X2 link address of an accessed Home evolved Node B (HeNB) to obtain an X2 link address list (S101); and providing X2 link addresses for establishing X2 links for a source-side HeNB and a target-side HeNB through the X2 link address list (S102). Also disclosed at the same time are a device for establishing an X2 link for an LTE Home evolved Node B and a computer readable medium. |
