<p>The delivery timing of gas containers in LP gas delivery work depends on the state of use of gas by a customer, gas container volume, the number of placed containers, and the like; hence, it is not possible to limit delivery to a specific day. However, upon consideration of the fatigue of the delivery worker and maintaining worker motivation, creating a time-off schedule for a delivery worker in an equitable manner is necessary. This method involves assigning days off intermittently to delivery worker data having an identical delivery base and an identical coverage area, determining whether the number of total assigned days off meets or exceeds a prescribed number, and if the number of total days off is smaller than the prescribed number, assigning additional days off on the basis of a prescribed rule.</p> |
