Novel monoclonal antibody for analyzing high-molecular weight adiponectin and utilization of same

摘要

Disclosed is a monoclonal antibody which shows no cross-reactivity with medium-molecular weight (MMW) adiponectin but specifically reacts with high-molecular weight (HMW) adiponectin alone. This monoclonal antibody can be prepared by using HMW adiponectin as an antigen. By using the aforesaid monoclonal antibody, a convenient, high-accurate and versatile reagent for analyzing HMW adiponectin can be provided.
