The present invention drives a skyrmion in a manner such that the position (R(t)) at time (t) of the skyrmion is within a range that is in accordance with a predetermined formula denoted by means of the electrical current density (j(t) (Am-2)) at time (t), the position (R(0)) at time 0, the Gilbert damping constant (α), the Boltzmann constant (kB), the temperature (T) (in Fahrenheit), the exchange interaction constant (J), and a constant (η) relating the current density and speed. |
