The present invention discloses a ventilator rotor for an internal ventilation system of an electric rotary machine, which rotor is formed by a disk having a preferably flat profile and preferably interconnected concentrically to the shaft of the electric rotary machine and axially to the blades of the rotor of the electric rotary machine. Another aspect of the invention discloses an electric rotary machine comprising this system.
