Provided is an information determination device that determines, in regards to stream data added moment by moment, whether or not an individual can be identified from the stream data. The information determination device is provided with: a first memory unit that stores stream data acquired in chronological order; a first determination unit that determines whether or not the number of stream data items stored in the first memory unit is at least a prescribed value; and a second determination unit that, if the number of stream data items stored in the first memory unit is at least a prescribed value, determines whether or not an individual can be identified on the basis of a data set comprising a plurality of stream data items stored in the first memory unit, and outputs the data set used in the determination and the determination results.
