The present invention relates to a method for registering information, regarding a method performed by a server, which comprises the steps of: identifying a unique identification number, which is determined to be unique in order not to be redundant according to predetermined procedures performed to interwork with a program, installed and executed in a mobile phone of a user and thus is set to be unique in the mobile phone in which the program is installed; and storing the identified unique identification number under the condition that operation of a server for a service to be provided through the program of the mobile phone is initiated. The unique identification number includes an identification number which is determined to be unique in order not to be redundant to uniquely identify the mobile phone in which the program is to be installed and executed after the program is installed in the mobile phone.
