The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a fermentation product for a feed protein or a liquid fertilizer, a feed protein comprising the fermentation product manufactured thereby, or a liquid fertilizer manufactured by mixing water with the fermentation product manufactured thereby wherein the invention comprises the steps of: (a) collecting and dewatering waste milk slush; (b) placing the dewatered waste milk slush in a fermenter and adding and mixing, based on 100 parts by weight of waste milk slush, 0.1 to 20 parts by weight of EM microorganisms or 0.1 to 20 parts by weight of lactic acid bacteria; and (c) fermenting by stirring the mixture in the fermenter. |
