PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shunt resistor with which it is possible to easily secure a bus bar, circuit board, etc., to the shunt resistor with sufficient strength and minimize the need for processing of an electrode itself, and a current detection device including the shunt resistor.SOLUTION: A shunt resistor 10 has a structure in which secured to an electrode 12 of the resistor is a screwing-locking member (a bolt 14 or a nut 15) which is a separate member from the electrode. The current detection device is the one that includes the shunt resistor 10 provided with at least a pair of electrodes 12, and that is screw-clocked using one screw-locking member 14 secured to at least one electrode 12 and being separate from the electrode, another screw-locking member 15 constituting a pair with the one screw-locking member, and a prescribed intervention member 20 disposed between the one screw-locking member and the other screw-locking member. Here, it is preferable that the prescribed intervention member be a circuit board 20 having a current detection circuit mounted therein and/or a bus bar 23. |
