PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide c-Met kinase inhibitors and pharmaceutical compositions useful for cancer and diseases caused by the dysregulation of kinase pathways.SOLUTION: The present invention provides dihydrochloric acid salts of 2-fluoro-N-methyl-4-[7-(quinolin-6-ylmethyl)-imidazo[1,2-b][1,2,4]triazin-2-yl]benzamide represented by formula (I) and hydrates or solvates thereof, and pharmaceutical compositions containing them. The hydrates have melting points of 220-224°C, preferably 222°C.
