PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a customer analyzing program, a customer analyzing method and a customer analyzer capable of analyzing characteristic customer group.SOLUTION: The customer analyzing program is a program to cause a computer to execute a processing: to generate plural customer groups based on a purchase history data by using purchase history data from each of plural stores; to generate an integrated customer group which includes a customer group having a predetermined similar relation from the generated plural customer groups; and to output a certain customer group as a characteristic group of stores as the targets of the analysis when the certain customer group as the target of the analysis which is generated based on the purchase history data of the stores as the targets of the analysis does not have the predetermined similar relation with the integrated customer group.
