The invention relates to a seed coating composition comprising (a) styrene butadiene latex polymer in an amount of from 25to 75 % by weight based on the total weight of the composition, and (b) polyethylene/carnauba wax blend in an amount of from 0.1to 15 by weight based on the total weight of the composition, and (j) a solvent (ad 100 % by weight based on the total weight of the composition).
