The present invention provides a liquid drug that contains active vitamin D3 or a derivative thereof, said liquid drug containing: active vitamin D3 or a derivative thereof in which the occurrence of changes, such as cloudiness, in a solution inside a container is prevented, and a decrease in the content of active vitamin D3 or a derivative thereof is prevented; and at least one selected from among sugar alcohols, amino sugars, and basic amino acids.
