A frame section (114) is a flat-plate-like member having attached thereto a cooling section for cooling an electric circuit element (101), which operates for the purpose of converting power, and which generates heat. A capacitor section (104) is a structure member, which is formed by including a capacitor element electrically connected to the electric circuit element (101), and which is disposed in the normal line direction of the frame section (114), said capacitor section having a first supporting surface and a second supporting surface, which face directions opposite to each other, and which are outer surfaces parallel to the normal line direction. End portions of the first frame (105) and the second frame (106) are fixed to a connecting frame (103). The first frame (105) has a first attaching surface (125) fixed to the first supporting surface (117).
