This tire reaction force measurement device (50) is provided with: a tire rotation shaft shaft vibration acquisition unit (55) for rotating an inspected tire (T) which has been mounted onto a tire rotation shaft (20), and acquiring axial vibration data; a load wheel axial vibration acquisition unit (56) for rotating a load wheel (40) and acquiring shaft vibration data; a frequency computation unit (57) for calculating the frequency of vibration data acquired by the tire rotation shaft shaft vibration acquisition unit (55) and the load wheel shaft vibration acquisition unit (56); a reaction force acquisition unit (51) for rotating the tire rotation shaft (20) while the inspected tire (T) is contacted by the load wheel (40), and acquiring reaction force measurement data received by the load wheel (40); and a reaction force data generation unit (58) for generating reaction force data in which the frequency component computed by the frequency computation unit (57) has been eliminated from the reaction force measurement data.
