The method comprises: a trunking terminal, when in a listening state, acquiring from trunking proprietary system information a cell blacklist in each measurement object; conducting signal measurement on the cells in each measuring object except for the cells on the cell blacklist; and conducting cell switching according to a measurement result, the cell blacklist being used for recording non-trunking cells. |
