SOLUTION: A display device 1 for a vehicle according to the present invention includes a liquid crystal display panel (display panel) 10 that displays images, a bonding layer 20 that is disposed on the front face of the display panel 10, a protection panel 30 that is bonded to the front face of the display panel 10 by the bonding layer 20, a protection film 40 that is disposed on the front face of the protection panel 30, a buffer member 70 that is disposed at the ends of the protection panel 30 and protection film 40, and a frame body 80 that covers the buffer member 70.
