PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To grant a privilege to a user who has added a bookmark to a predetermined screen so as to encourage the user to register bookmarks.SOLUTION: A program causes a computer having a function of communicating with a terminal device to perform the steps of: receiving an access request with an URL specified from the terminal device; transmitting, if the URL specified in the access request is a first URL, information including a second URL which specifies a content including at least part of a content specified by the first URL, to the terminal device; and granting, if the URL specified in the access request is a second URL, a privilege to a user who uses the terminal device, for it is determined that the user has accessed from URL reference means where the first URL is registered. |
