PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for separating proteins, such as an antibody used for human therapy, in a large scale, with sufficient purity, and economically.SOLUTION: The invention relates to a technique for purifying an anti-CD20 antibody (rituximab) and an anti-VEGF antibody (bevacizumab) for therapy which can obtain homogeneous antibodies with a high yield by: subjecting a composition containing the antibodies to a chromatography with a cation exchange body, such as cross-linked-poly (styrene divinyl benzene) flow-through particles, in order to separate the antibodies produced in CHO cells and the like by gene recombination technique and the like from a cell secretion component and a medium component, and the like; washing the adsorbed antibodies with a first washing buffer and a second washing buffer prepared to each antibody; and subsequently eluting with an elution buffer with conductivity higher than the second washing buffer. |
