PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a device having a constitution of delivering plurality of fluids such as a gas/liquid two phase flow supplying device. ! SOLUTION: A tube pump 10 includes a tube guide 11 having an inner peripheral surface 12 of a circular shape in cross section, a first tube T1 and a second tube T2 arranged along the inner peripheral surface 12 of the tube guide 11, a pressure roller 23 pressing the first tube T1 and the second tube T2 to the inner peripheral surface 12 of the tube guide 11 and moved along the inner peripheral surface 12, and a motor M for driving the pressure roller 23. Pressed portions A1 and A2 of the first tube T1 and the second tube T2 formed by the pressure roller 23 are shifted in accordance with movement of the pressure roller 23, and thereby, the first tube T1 and the second tube T2 are peristaltically moved, and air in the first tube T1 and water in the second tube T2 can be delivered. !
