The present invention enables the high-sensitivity mass spectrometry of a volatile substance in real time under atmospheric pressures. An interface member (1) is connected to a real-time atmospheric pressure mass spectrometer, and the interface member (1) is characterized by comprising an excitation gas introduction port (2), a sample gas introduction port (3), and an ionized sample gas release port (7), comprising a flow path (10) formed by the excitation gas introduction port (2) and the ionized sample gas release port (7) communicating with each other, and having a structure in which the sample gas introduction port (3) and the flow path (10) communicate with each other, thereby leading to the formation of a space (4) for mixing excitation gas and sample gas (11) in a partial region of the flow path (10). |
