Disclosed are an adaptive operation conversion method and device, a mobile terminal and a computer storage medium. The method is applied to a mobile terminal, the front surface of the mobile terminal is provided with a touchscreen, and holding areas at two sides of the touchscreen of the mobile terminal are provided with light sensor arrays. The method comprises: respectively acquiring light data information which is detected by the light sensor arrays in the holding areas at the left side and the right side of the mobile terminal; determining a one-hand operating state of a current user according to the light data information; and enabling a corresponding one-hand operating mode according to the one-hand operating state of the current user. |
