With the present invention, it is possible to prevent illicit use of a beacon device by determining the authenticity of the beacon device on the basis of the distance between present location information measured by a portable wireless terminal and installation location information registered in a server. Reliability of a communication system comprising the beacon device is thus improved, and it is possible to provide secure digital coupons and other services.
