The pharmaceutical compositions comprising an effective amount of compounds of formula I or formula II, and methods for the treatment of respiratory diseases may be formulated for oral, buccal, rectal, topical, transdermal, transmucosal, intravenous, parenteral administration, syrup, or injection.
