Disclosed are a reconfiguration method and device. The method comprises: sending, by a configuration management node, a configuration message, wherein the configuration message is set to request current network state information about a communication station; receiving, by the configuration management node, a response message of the configuration message, wherein the response message carries the current network state information about the communication station; and making, by the configuration management node, a reconfiguration decision according to the current network state information. By means of the present invention, the problem caused by the de-normalization of a reconfiguration decision in the related art is solved, such that the reconfiguration decision becomes more normative, thereby promoting rationality for configuring resources, increasing spectral efficiency, and reducing signaling interaction overhead and processing time delay increased by an invalid configuration decision. |
