PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a damper device includes a rotor inside and outside which seal members are provided, respectively, for actualizing easy assembly in such a manner as not to cause the displacement of the seal members during assembly.SOLUTION: The damper device includes a stator 1, a rotor 2, and viscous fluid for imparting a resistance to the rotation or relative rotation of the rotor 2. The damper device uses the resistance as braking force. With the rotor 2, an annular seal part 3 formed of a soft synthetic resin is integrally molded. The stator 1 has an annular space 12g to be filled with the viscous fluid so that a main body part of the rotor 2 can be stored in the annular space 12g. The annular seal part 3 includes an outside annular portion 32 which is provided on an outer peripheral portion 22n of the rotor 2, an inside annular portion 31 which is provided on an inner peripheral portion 22m of the rotor 2, and a connection portion 33 for connecting both of them. |
