PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving circuit of a semiconductor display device, that can provide an excellent image with high definition and high resolution without image unevenness, and to provide a semiconductor display device.SOLUTION: An inverter 307 has a configuration in which two inverter circuits, each of which is composed of a circuit having three P-channel TFTs that are connected in parallel and a circuit having three N-channel TFTs that are connected in parallel, are connected in parallel. By using a plurality of TFTs having a small channel width (for example, 30 μm) in combination, variations in TFTs can be eliminated in comparison with the case where an inverter is composed of TFTs having a large channel width. |
