Provided are a green pigment composition for a color filter having high brightness and a wide color reproduction range in a liquid crystal display, and a color filter comprising same. Using a halogenated zinc phthalocyanine having an average of 10-14 halogen atoms, an average of 8-12 bromine atoms, and an average of 2-5 chlorine atoms per molecule makes it possible to provide a color filter having a lower film thickness and therefore higher brightness and a wider color reproduction range than is obtained by the use of Pigment Green 7. |
