Furthermore, the spinning moulding device includes: a heater which uses induction heating to locally heat a site to be deformed in the plate material; and a processing roller which presses the site to be deformed to deform the plate material. Moreover, the spinning moulding device includes a cooling device and/or a lubricant-supplying device. The cooling device blows a cooling gas towards the processing roller. The lubricant-supplying device supplies a lubricant to the top of the processing roller or between the processing roller and the plate material.
