The present invention relates to a fire detecting apparatus capable of detecting fire early and an automatic fire extinguishing system using the fire detecting apparatus and, more specifically, to a fire detecting apparatus which early and rapidly reacts when a fire occurs, detects the fire, can perform an extinguishing operation, can extinguish the fire at the early stage in which the scale of the fire is small, can reduce costs necessary for fire extinguishing, can decrease the likelihood of a case where a malfunction may occur, prevents the fire from spreading to the whole building by a stack phenomenon to lead to large fire, and rapidly reports the occurrence of a fire to a user to cope with the fire, and an automatic fire extinguishing system using the fire detecting apparatus. The fire detecting apparatus comprises: a heat transfer means which is disposed in a hood; mount means which is mounted at a terminal of the heat transfer means; adhesion means which is disposed between the heat transfer means and the mount means, couples the heat transfer means to the mount means, and is melted by heat equal to or higher than a predetermined temperature; switch means which is separated from the heat transfer means, is connected to a control device, and has a button member elastically supported by an elastic member; and wire means which includes a pair of wires, in which one of the wires couples the heat transfer means to the hood and the other wire couples the mount means to the button member, and is tightly maintained such that the elastic member accumulates an elastic force, wherein the adhesion means is melted by the heat transferred through the heat transfer means when a fire occurs, and the button member is connected to a contact point by a restoration operation of the elastic member, thereby detecting the fire. |
