PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting panel capable of changing the outer shape and a lighting device capable of changing the outer shape.SOLUTION: The light-emitting panel is configured by connecting, at a hinge part that is easily bent, light-emitting modules including a thin planar light-emitting element sealed therein in which a layer including a light-emitting organic compound is provided between a pair of electrodes. In addition, wiring having flexibility is configured to be arranged across the hinge part by providing the wiring along the hinge part. |
