PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problem: a cumulative value is stored every time it is calculated from an evaluation value for evaluating non-uniformity of salt concentration. ! SOLUTION: On the basis of a current value, an evaluation value (D_dam_ch, D_dam_dc) for evaluating non-uniformity of salt concentration of a nonaqueous secondary battery. When the evaluation value exceeds a border value, a cumulative value (Dam_ch, Dam_dc) is calculated by accumulating differences between the evaluation value and the border value. When the nonaqueous secondary battery is charged/discharged in a charging/discharging pattern so that the cumulative value is converged before reaching an allowable value, a period in which the cumulative value reaches a predetermined value closer to 0 than the allowable value is defined as a predetermined period.
